Payment and shipping
When will my car be delivered?
Once you have placed your order and received your confirmation email, we will send you an order confirmation that includes the estimated delivery time.
As soon as the delivery date approaches (with us), you will automatically receive information about your personal, earliest possible pick-up date and information about the payment of the purchase price. In case of delivery by our partner, we will inform you as soon as your TYNe has been handed over to the logistics company. Our partner will then notify you of an appointment by phone.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on configuration and availability.
What delivery options are available?
Choose from our different delivery options the most relaxing for you.
- Pick up your TYNe at our location in Waiblingen (near Stuttgart). Here you can take the full TYNe experience with you. This option is free of charge.
- We can also deliver your car to a location of your choice. This option is associated with additional costs which will be requested and offered separately.
What payment methods are available?
TYN-e GmbH accepts SEPA bank transfer in all our European markets. This includes only accounts registered within the European Union and Switzerland.
Please make sure that your full payment is received in our account at least 14 days before pickup/delivery.
TYN-e GmbH does not assume any responsibility or liability for fees charged by third parties (banks, credit institutions).
There are technical difficulties completing my order
In case of problems with completing your order, please follow the tips and recommendations below:
- Try to place your order from a desktop and not from your smartphone/tablet.
- Delete your cookies.
- Check if some information is missing or incorrect.
- If you still have difficulties, please note the error code and contact us.
